Research Triangle Park, North Carolina – February 21, 2003 – Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex LLC has announced the appointment of Advanced Color & Chemical Corporation as a distributor for the company's line of specialty latexes used for textile printing. Advanced Color & Chemical will distribute the Dow Reichhold products in California.
The distributor will represent TYCRYL* acrylic and TYLAC* nitrile latexes from Dow Reichhold.
Advanced Color & Chemical was founded in 1976 as a distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemicals and colorants for the textile and graphic arts industries. In addition to the Dow Reichhold product line, the company a complete line of proprietary products for graphic arts applications. The company is headquartered in Baldwin Park, CA, 626-960-6656.
Dow Reichhold Specialty Latex LLC is a 50/50 joint venture of The Dow Chemical Company and Reichhold, Inc., a subsidiary of Dainippon Ink and Chemicals. It combines the Specialty Latex business of Dow with the Emulsions business of Reichhold to create the world's largest producer of specialty latex.
